All rates are based on 9 hour days Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Overtime hours are applied at the 10th hour.
  • All production equipment is rented at an additional rate.
  • Weekends and holiday venue charges are extra.
  • Painting labor: painting can be done upon request. Hourly rates apply ($30.00 hour)
  • In house production staff + management is required to manage equipment used.
  • Cleaning fee, staffing, security, art storage, is not included in venue rental fee.
  • In house production staff is required to manage equipment rented.
  • Licensed and insured security is required for special events.
  • Insurance: certificate of insurance is required from all clients. This certificate must include to following:
  • 1. Commercial General Liability – additionally insured minimum limits: $1,000,000.00 each occurance $1,000,000.00 general aggregate
  • 2. Workers compensation – statutory limits, including employers liability
  • 3. Property Damage – loss payee
  • In house production staff is required to manage equipment rented.
