Video-Sculpture Garden
The spacious 10,000 sq. ft. garden welcomes you to Awarehouse. It features sculptures from world-renowned Colombian master artist Edgar Negret, and has ample room for projections, tents, furniture, stages, and more.
The Terrace
Overlooking the video sculpture garden is our 1,800 sq. ft. terrace, enclosed in foliage. It has hosted live paintings, VIP areas, outdoor bars, DJ booths, and plenty of good conversations. The terrace provides space for everyone to relax and enjoy the intriguing sculptures and beautiful Miami climate.
The Mezzanine Loft
Taking its cue from the hip urban locale of Wynwood, the loft is a 500 sq. ft. lounge space. Featuring modern furniture, it overlooks the main room and is just as multi-purpose. The mezzanine comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests.
The Main Room
Enclosed by white brick gallery walls, the main room features 22 ft. ceilings, a 24′ x 16′ modular stage, several bars, front of house, and moveable gallery walls. It hosts our state of the art sound system, video projection system, and movable lighting system. The main room is perfect for showcasing art, music, and fun.
